ROAS = Revenue generated from Ads / Total Ad Spend
What is Break-Even ROAS?
Looking at ROAS alone is dangerous. A 2.5x ROAS might be highly profitable for a digital product business, but it could mean massive losses for a dropshipping store with tight margins. Your Break-Even ROAS is the minimum ROAS you need to hit to not lose money. It is dictated entirely by your gross profit margin (Formula: 1 / Margin %).
